The Extraordinary Edible Science Show
FULL SHOW DESCRIPTION
If it’s your first time staging a Gastronaut show, this might be for you. GASTRONAUTEXTREME is a spectacular best-of production cherry-picking the most exciting, visual and revelatory demos from across all our shows, wrapped into a clear journey through extraordinary food and multidisciplinary science. We can pick and choose demos - vortex cannons, live insects, explosions, weird food, rockets, massive whoopee cushions, freezing cheese with fire extinguishers, robots, edible chemical reactions. Adaptable for any age/venue/format, this has worked brilliantly at food and science festivals across the world. It can include Fartology demos, too.
It’s an unforgettable, explosive edible science adventure exploring the bizarre science behind our food with tasters, interactive demos, volunteers on stage and lots of audience participation. It’s got a rock-solid nutritional backbone and multiple curriculum links but never preaches. We help people to eat better by making food fascinating.
