WORLD-CLASS SCIENCE SHOWS

Quite simply, we create the best science shows in the world. Here’s a YouTube reel to explain.

From vast arena shows to interactive schools shows, our live stage spectacles are unforgettable experiences created using high-tech visuals, spectacular science stunts and outrageously cheeky content developed for specific audience profiles. We stage a range of different shows (and create 2-3 new ones every year) and they invariably feature robots, rockets, huge vortex cannons, very loud fart generators and bespoke experiments and demos. We know that complex science is most likely to inspire audiences when they are laughing their socks off but we also understand that comprehensive health & safety assessments and rock-solid educational principles are vital to a successful event and its long-lasting impact. That's why we've worked with the highest-profile broadcasters and STEM organisations in the world.

Gastronaut Live shows range from vast, high-impact stadium-style events created for the Big Bang Fair (UK’s biggest science fair), BETT, Food Matters, and Food Tech Expo as well as shows for the Royal Society, Science Museum, Eden Project, theatres, and major STEM events.

We are often booked to perform headline shows for major science festivals, food festivals and events across the world, and we've staged multiple sell-out shows at Cheltenham Science Festival for the last eight years (Stefan has been Guest Festival Director) as well as Abu Dhabi Science Festival, Manchester Science Festival, Cambridge Science Festival, Norwich Science Festival, Birmingham Science Festival and hundreds of other events. Most of our clients book us again and again, and we return every year with a new show. We've performed shows for top flight organisations such as Wellcome Collection, BBC Events, The Francis Crick Institute and the Royal Society, as well as primary and secondary schools across the UK. If you want to blow your audience's minds, you should talk to us.

Our shows have been adapted for the BBC at the Commonwealth Games, and other BBC Learning events, and are scaled up for major theatrical entertainment venues at Butlins, P&O Cruises, Eden Project and large-scale theatres.

Gastronaut Live shows mix solid education with unforgettable entertainment, and the team is always happy to stay for photos, autographs, chat and book signings.
