FAQs
RECOMMENDED AGES?
Ages 5-14 (and adults will have a blast, too). Younger children are welcome, but bear in mind that there’s a lot of sensory stimulation (and lots of revolting science). See below.
IS IT EDUCATIONAL?
Yes - it’s curriculum-driven and hugely educational, making complex biology, physics and chemistry visual and entertaining. It also tackles body-shame and embarrassment about bodily functions. And yes, we do discuss fart acoustics, pee chemistry, snot biology and bum anatomy.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
1hr 45mins including a 20min interval
SHOW WARNINGS
Loud bangs, whole-audience shouting, audience participation, latex balloons, stage fog, edible samples.
WILL ADULTS ENJOY IT?
Without question. You WILL join in the screaming and laughter, sit with hands over your eyes and learn a vast amount about the science that nobody ever talks about.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR SEND/AUTISTIC CHILDREN?
Lots of neurodivergent children and adults come along to the show and love it, but bear in mind the show warnings above.
